Cignal account numbers can be retrieved in different ways. This tutorial will give a few ways how to retrieve it.
1. For Cignal Postpaid account:
a. Your Cignal account number is on your Statement of account (SOA).
b. Take out your smart card gently and check your 12- digit smart card(SC) number at the back of the card. Using your mobile phone text CIGNAL <space>SC<space>12-digit number and send to 5353.

2. For Cignal Prepaid account:
a. For setup box with Smart card inside, take out your smart card gently and check your 12- digit smart card(SC) number at the back of the card. Using your mobile phone text CIGNAL <space>SC<space>12-digit number and send to 5353.
b. For Cignal set-up box without a smart card, do the following:
Get the box and look at the stickers at the bottom like shown in the image below.

2. Take the 12-digit CCA No.
3. In your mobile phone text CIGNAL <space> SC <space> 12-digit CCA number and send this message to 5353.
example: CIGNAL SC 0250123456789 and send to 5353.
4. Wait for the response from Cignal about your account number.
Note: Text fees apply. I just don’t know how much. Just make sure you have at least 5 pesos regular load.
What to do with the account number?
Cignal account numbers are the primary information in order to reload your Cignal prepaid satellite cable. For postpaid users, the account number is needed when paying monthly bills.
